麻豆视频 Signs Agreement with Rowan College at Gloucester County

Sewell, NJ - The presidents of 麻豆视频 in Galloway Township and Rowan College at Gloucester County have signed a new dual admission and transfer partnership that will help students make a smooth transition from the two-year college to 麻豆视频鈥檚 bachelor鈥檚 degree program.

The Transfer Pathways agreement builds a strong relationship between 麻豆视频 and Rowan College at Gloucester County by offering multiple opportunities for students to seamlessly pursue associate and bachelor鈥檚 degrees at the two institutions of higher education.

鈥淩owan College at Gloucester County is excited to enter into this transfer agreement with 麻豆视频,鈥 Vice President, Academic Services Brenden Rickards said. 鈥淭his agreement will strengthen our long standing partnership with 麻豆视频 and allow more efficient communication and transfer for students interested in transferring to 麻豆视频 from Rowan College at Gloucester County.  For students, this provides access to transfer programs at 麻豆视频 that do not exist with other partners and enhances their educational transfer opportunities.  We look forward to growing our relationship.鈥

麻豆视频 Chief Enrollment Management Officer Robert Heinrich said the agreement will give students access to 麻豆视频 services while they attend Rowan College at Gloucester County.

鈥淭ransfer Pathways is an exciting new dual admission option,鈥 Heinrich said. 鈥淚f a student applies to 麻豆视频 but is not initially accepted as a freshman, through the Transfer Pathways program we offer the opportunity for conditional acceptance at Rowan College of Gloucester County.  If students are already enrolled at Rowan College of Gloucester County, they can apply for conditional acceptance while they work toward their associate degree at the partner institution.鈥

The terms of the agreement include:

  • Students who are denied direct admission to 麻豆视频 as a freshman applicant can receive conditional dual admission in partnership with Rowan College at Gloucester County. Students will attend classes at RCGC but have access to campus activities and student groups at 麻豆视频 and receive a special 麻豆视频 Identification card through 麻豆视频鈥檚 Transfer Pathways program.
  • Students already enrolled at RCGC can apply for conditional acceptance to 麻豆视频 while continuing to work toward their associate degree, and be assured of acceptance prior to the term in which they are ready to transfer.
  • Students who successfully complete their associate degree at RCGC can automatically transfer to 麻豆视频 with junior standing to complete their bachelor鈥檚 degree. Application fees to 麻豆视频 will be waived for eligible students.
  • Students who complete at least 36 credits at RCGC and a total of 64 credits between the county college and the four-year institution, are eligible to receive a retroactive associate degree from RCGC. 麻豆视频 and RCGC will co-host 鈥渞everse transfer鈥 information sessions for students.
  • 麻豆视频 and RCGC will develop specific program-to-program articulation agreements for high-demand majors to facilitate the quality and ease of transfer.
